Hey peeps,
I like to wake up in the AM using my Galaxy Note and DoubleTwist alarm to gently fade in my playlist.
I got bored of cell phone quality sound (out the back speaker) so purchased the Philips AS851. This dock binds to the Note via Bluetooth and uses A2DP. The quality of the sound is fantastic.
I have one annoying issue though... The freaking alarm plays the music via the dock AND the back speaker which creates a really annoying echo effect.
I have tried a few alarm apps and they all seem to do the same thing. I want the audio for the alarm to only go via A2DP and the back speaker to be silenced.
Playing music via any music app works perfectly. Music only plays via A2DP.
Anyone got any ideas how to shut the internal speaker up when connected via A2DP?
Galaxy Note running CM9 nightly.
This issue also on other ROMs FYI.
