I am sooo frustrated. Does anyone have some advice for me please? I have a note 8. I know previously I had tons of problems with the alarm not working due to using "Do not disturb" feature on the phone (even though I had allowed alarms as an exception). But I have now turned off that feature totally and still no alarm. Frustrates me endlessly that I oversleep every morning because of the non-working alarm. Anyone know what could be causing this? It's both the standard alarm as well as a few of the apps that I downloaded. I try a new one almost every single day.

Do you put the phone in max power saving overnight? if so, make sure the clock app is added - if not, the alarm wont work. In fact ,any app not added will not work.

I've downloaded it now. I'll test and keep my ipad alarm on as well (as backup). Thanks

That is incredibly strange, mine works fine daily.

May I see a screenshot of how yours is setup? Here's my Daily alarm for work
Second screenshot is the Alarm Volume at the top

Sorry, I have deleted that App. I'm running the Google one now. Seems to be working fine. It was not the volume, as soon as I'd pick up the phone to look at the time, it would "wake up" so to say and the alarm would go off. It was in a kind of slumber and would turn off. Another forum said it could be when your phone was unplugged (which mine was), so that could be the problem. My phone charges very quickly and generally when I get into bed, it's fully charged and I'd unplug it. So that could be the problem vs my previous phone that I'd leave charging overnight.
