Hi everyone. I need some advice please. I'm going to be building a house soon and need to know which area to build it in. I'm leaning towards Fairview/Overbaakens and also Parsonsvlei/Parsonsridge. I have about R150 000 - R200 000 to spend on a plot. Which area would you choose where plots are currently available. Thanks.
