All HD channels not working

So moved to DSTV full + extra view today, but all HD channels show E16, even the LTV ...Multichoice are not able to help

You won't get LTV unless you live in lesotho and it is not an HD channel.

Firstly you need an HDPVR to watch the HD Channels. Then go to www.dstv.com click "my account". Login (create an account if you don't have one linking it to your smart card). Click manage packages. Click "Connect & Disconnect Services". Expand your hdpvr smarcard and make sure "High Definition Bouquet " is active.

dumb question but do you have an hd decoder?

If you have a HD decoder, and watched HD channels before, Check your alignment it might be a few millimeters out

hi all, it was the first activation so the signal probably took hours before it reached my decoder. Today's its work fine thanx
