What is the best all in one to get for the office?

One little lightning strike on the telephone line takes out the entire machine and you loose all 3 machines at one.
Buy 3 separate machines.

I have had an hp LaserJet 3030 all-in-one for 5 years now and it has been bloody good. I would stay away from any ink-jet type ones though. The new ones also have a network module removing the reliance on a PC.

I would not use the fax facility though as I have lost one printer due to lightning. These days I would recommend a fax2email service which I think is much better.
