What does this really mean ? Phoned twice, emailed 809 twice and still no definite answer.................

Can I phone any service provider numbers

Can I phone any landline number

Can I phone any country

Am on a business contract currently getting 50 minutes and 100Mb but have ditched Telkom line so I need the next contract up ?
See one for R110 giving 100 minutes and 1.5Gb , this one OK?

Basically means you can use your minutes to phone anyone you like no matter what network they are on.

You can't use it to make international calls.
