All round tv tuner!

Looking to get a usb tv tuner. Any ideas on what good ones are out there and where i can find it... preferable want one which can take same cable as satelite (RGB i think) and RCA. Must also have PVR ability.

Probably for a laptop

For normal digital TV I use this stick: http://www.bidorbuy.co.za/item/106210709/DVB_T2_USB_TV_Stick.html
,but it can't receive analog signals so it probably won't hep you. It is capable of PVR, because you receive all the channels at once on one frequency. I have recorded all the channels at the same time using VLC a few times.
