If you do a search you will be able to find all the comments you can eat on their service.

My suggestion would be to check out Axxess because they offer the same accounts which are slightly cheaper and don't have a contract. Not to mention excellent service.

2 years with them and parent company ... only hitch they had was mail server down twice within the two year period ... otherwise no probs ...
