Ok, even I am starting to lose it now.

I have now been waiting three weeks for some sort of communication from Sentech. Three days my bright yellow butt!!!

The only communications I have had from these people is a request to refax my application to a new number because they screwed up the origional application.

Other than that the only thing they appear to have done is taken money off my account!!

I'm tired of calling helpdesk minions only to be told that my application has been approved and I will be called within 24 hours. This has been going on for over a week. I don't care that it's their couriers fault and not theirs. Fire your damm courier. Or at least let me go fetch the pox ridden modem!!

All I ask for is someone to let me know what the flamming hell is going on????? If it will take another week, then say so. I can live with that. Two weeks, oh well ok then. But no, absolutely no communication whatsoever. If I didn't phone them I would not even know that my app was successfull. All I would have seen is money dissapearing off my account.

Even Telkom aren't this full of it!!!

This bodes really, really badly for the future. I personally have 5 friends waiting to see how mine turns out before they committ. At the moment my advise to all of you out there is don't go anywher near this bunch of clowns. They have a lot of catching up to do just to get to where they were three weeks ago!!

Haha, they hate you... have to go check my account in case they did the same to me... bastards, I won't pay for a service I'm not using yet!!!!!
 
I share your frustration... but count yourself lucky! In three weeks
you have been approved. I only hear that mine is still in the
process...

I understand (from the call centre) that there seems to have been
a problem with the credit checking system: failing nearly everybody!
So they have to do it manually now... eish!

At the *very* least, I would expect someone in sentech to update point 29 in the FAQ to reflect anything but 3 days.
