Allocating bandwidth speed

Hey guys,

Scenario:

2MB capped Afrihost DSL.

When visitors come to my place they flippen eat my bandwidth with their tablets / phones

What I would like to do:

Allocate 1.5MB of the 2MB line to MY PC alone. The remainder .5MB line speed I want to be allocated to "guests" on my network when they come visit.

Basically I want bandwidth used to be prioritised for MY PC. The speed.

The visitors can get the remainder .5MB odd line speed to do whatever.

Is this at all possible?

Running Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Just my pc in the apartment & my phone ( don't care about phone )
TP-Link TD-W8961N ( Router )

Can someone maybe help me? Don't know if this is possible.

You can set it so it has a minimum and maximum, just make sure your min is high in your case and allow the guests to hit a high max when you don't need it.

my home network is setup similar to above and works perfectly.
