almost cap'd

sup homeyz.. My ADSL is almost cap'd for the month May... big problem seeing its only the 17th..

Ive tried a few local proxys before but it never works.. how can I direct all my traffic to a local proxy.. so I can keep on surfing international once im cap'd?

any help much appreciated..

mm.. interesting.. but what does a service like freedsl do? Reroute all your traffic?
