Including fish and white meats? Because I'd have to say you're wrong in that instance. Humans are omnivores for a good reason, we require the proteins naturally provided by meat - supplements are not normal, however.

I'm not sure too laugh or cry at your response :rolleyes:,

if you read from the OP to this reply you will see that i was asking the Q if i stay of meat for a short while (going on a meat vast, geen ***ken vleis vir rukke, aikona meat, meatwakarimasen) and go the vegan/vegaterian route for what ever reason i might have, how am i suppose to supliment both proteins and things like vitamins which was answered in the responses given.

Just be careful of soy products.

Make sure that what you use is from the fermented category of soy and that it's not GM'd.

Unfermented soy has been shown to inhibit the uptake of nutrients
