A few weeks ago I reported the "exchange going down at the worst times" to them via an email to their support line.
Tweeted on it and replied to their Facebook post about it.

Eventually they replied to my email saying that they will be doing an upgrade last week, well, that upgrade took place, but the exchange was down again this morning.

Yea did that. Bought XRP on Luno, sent it to Binance. Sold XRP on Binance, bought some alts. The problem is, why must we go through so much effort. Eish.

Because there's not enough demand locally to warrant listing 50+ altcoins. Volume would be so low it would be more effort than it's worth to list all those alts.
