AltCoinTrader verification issue

I recently created an account with altcointrader and uploaded my ID and proof of address documents this morning around 10am. I was informed a few hours later that my documents were approved, I carried out one trade and then came back about 3 hours later to discover that my documents uploaded were again pending verification? I checked under trade history and my trade did indeed go through. I'm confused to as what is going on, anyone experience anything similar with them? Btw I did email support about the matter, expecting to hear from them tomorrow hopefully.
 
I use hitbtc, bittrex and binance. Exchanges are the devil :( They aspire to the customer support level of Twitter support.

Exact same thing happened to me.

After completing the verification proses and received confirmation of approval, it still sometimes reflect that I am unverified on my profile.

Try logging in again at a later time. Problem should sort itself out.

I also recommend that you make use of a different exchange than ACT. They are way too dodge for my liking.
 
Thanks for the advice, I'm just using it to buy crypto at the the moment and send it off the other exchanges

I am not getting Transaction Verification Emails, been re-requesting like hell now, please suggest more reliable Exchanges we can use in future?

My verification failed and I must now wait for enhanced verification to be processed. Can't transfer any coins out. Contacted support yesterday so will see.
 
They rejected my proof of residence (Telkom statement :erm:), so I uploaded it again,and emailed them, and got verified.

Yeah their verification is mostly for US citizens it seems, but the enhanced verification process took about a day for me.
 
Created an altcointrader account on Wednesday afternoon, loaded FICA docs that evening and sold some ETH, requested the money be paid out yesterday 16h50, it was in my account 10h00 this morning
 
Appreciate the feedback, ill give them a go. Admittedly all worked in the end with ACT, not sure what the hold-up was.
 
MY FICA documents were approved and I've transferred cash to the account, yet now it shows that my documents need to be verified and I have a 0 balance 5 days later.

I've sent an email to their support, but so far there hasn't been a reply.
 
I was attracted by the low fees and relative ease of managing a portfolio, however, now I see that they treat customers like dirt, I was on hold for 5 minutes and still no answer, needs to be some kind of warning about these guys with service like this. their hellopeter reviews are none the better
 
I emailed them yesterday and got a reply a couple of hours later. They confirmed receipt of my documents:

Thank you for you mail.

We have receive your email, and will be verifying your documents.

May not mean much, but it is the 1st response from them of any kind.

You're lucky because they at least rejected your proof of residence. I uploaded my fica documents few days ago but still no response from their side and in the mean time my BNB coins are sitting on the Altcointrader I cannot transfer them to another wallet to buy my favourite coins because the verification is incomplete. Time is not on my side why they taking so long to get back to me and say something at least
