Strap your nuts to your leg, you're in for a world of pain with autopage. Worst decision you could've ever made.

Battled with them for 13 years. Only reasons I stayed was to get 20% cash back through Vitality and also there was no porting available. The worst plans they have are the ones that offer free minutes. At one stage I paid R6 per min. The top up plans work slightly better. I gave them notice in January 2013 and I am now on prepaid. My stress levels reduced since I have no dealings with Autopage. Not sure I will ever go on a contract again with some great prepaid deals available.

I'm so happy I don't have any contracts with them any more. Everything is an uphill battle!

We ported 3 of our lines away from them 2 weeks ago and will port the other 5 when they mature next year. They are USELESS and lack any form of customer service!

Rumour has it that the reason why it takes so long for them to get stock of phones is because the company's cashflow is up the creek as a result of massive financial losses that they recently experienced in African operations....

Feck. They overbilled me R18,000 and helped themselves to my bank acc before I caught on. I already had one number ported and although I have another number with a few grand call credit I am going to make that Pay as You Go.
They were great many many years ago but when Altech took Autopage it was all downhill. They closed OLd oak offices in Tygerberg (but still have billing staff- but the place is no longer open to the public for two or three years now) Getting in touch with senior level managers is like playing hide and seek and when you squeeze the franchisees balls they claim they can't help only management can.
That said the guys who work for them in the stores can be pretty helpful (esp seapoint)

Their service is horrendous, but their prices are the best.
What you have to ask yourself is whether the R50 per month that you will save is worth all the tears and hair pulling.
They offered me R 349 p/m on the Samsung S4 while Cell C's best offer is R 399.

If it were me, the answer is obvious, Direct from Cell C. Sure AA is cheaper, but at what cost?

Hence I moved to Nashua Mobile from Autopage as they still offer decent service levels and will match any deal.....

My S2 has been with them since 25 April. Soon as I get it back, I'll be leaving them. No concept of client service at all.

When I sent my 2nd BB TORCH 9800 refurb back for repairs, after 8 weeks Autopage said they were still waiting for a new refurb to send to me......... That was the turning point in our business relationship!

I would pay a lot more than R50 a month to go with cellc over autopage. Best advice I can give in case it isn't obvious is cancel your order.
