Alternate contact numbers

I was wandering if there is an alternate contact to the Telkom ADSL helpline (0800-375-375).

With all the "connectivity problems" we have been experiencing today 09/09/04 in JHB, I was wandering if there is maybe a website or alternate contact point to find out the status of the ADSL network.
