Alternating Between Local and International

I heard something from a friend who intern herd from his friend and so on...

theres an ISP that allows you to change between local and international. I think you logged on to their website and change it their.

Any1 know about this?

Cybersmart has this feature. But I prefer to do it on my own, at home.

Yes, as it gives Me much more control and freedom of ISP.

I don't do it like that, but It can be done on router level (all automatically) if you have the right router...
