alternative to Nero

I am actually getting a bit annoyed with some of the Google results of late. Quite often, the first few links are taken up with other sites that just display search results. I wish Google would sort out these twits.

Roxio Easy CD Creator is similar to Nero - retail software. I haven't used it since version 5 so I can't really say if it's better or worse than Nero.

What's bugging you about Nero, 'cos I haven't had any hassles with version 6 or 7? Version 8 and 9 are cr@p. Most retail packages these days are too bloated anyway, but that's what retail software does...

IMGBurn is great - use it frequently - small easy and doesn't have the bloatware...

Agree here - I like to know what other peeps are using, rather than spending ages freeking surfing/downloaing & trying - recommendations are the way to go.

And as for the web pages just displaying links.. bloody annoying.
