I have one of these pool sense devices that is supposed to monitor your pool chlorine levels and PH and inform you when they are incorrect. The device is often very inaccurate with the readings, especially the PH. It will report its too low but I test with strips and by taking a water sample to the pool shop and it is fine. I have had to have the unit replaced 3 times under warranty and each time has been a lengthy process. The battery of the unit is now low and I sent it in for a new batttery and no one updates you and you even get ignored after asking for updates. It has been over 2 weeks and no one has even looked at the unit since they now advise since it is under warranty they need to invoice me before they can do the replacement.
Are there any alternative devices for monitoring pool Chlorine, PH and temperatures like the pool sense does?
