i have been with afrihost for a few years and have a 25 up down connection paying about 1200 a month
is there anything better around?
i dont like giving business to afrihost
they treated me wickedly when i installed the fibre and allowed me to be without a connection for 2 weeks
and even though they determined their (crappy)router was faulty they still slow couriered it up to joburg and then tested and then slow couriered me one down. this took a whole week of downtime in itself
total 2 weeks downtime from work!
they couldnt care less and were more keen on arguing
even their ceo wasnt interested in retaining a 6 year l,ong loyal business customer
cant reward this evil misstreatment
anyone have any ideas on better alternative?
its imperative to punish bad businesses by withdrawing your business from them
