Alternatives to Sony DA3600ES

I can get the 3600ES from CatsDigital for about R8k. At this price, is there something else that I should consider looking at? The most important features for me are:
- At least 4 HDMI in and 1 HDMI out
- Good sound quality
- Future proof (goes without saying, I suppose)

I previously had a DA2400ES. Thoughts?
