Alternatives to Ufiling (UIF)

Ufiling is a mess. It has never really worked for us. Yesterday two ex-employees of our clients could not get their monies from uif because we could not declare the returns.

It's either we get this error (logged out) that comes after we click to submit a return




We are failing to submit monthly returns despite each employee not having "issues". The red buttons are refusing to turn green.



When I click on 'calculate declarations' I get this


Is there another platform where we can declare uif returns, terminate employees so employees can go and fetch their monies from if?

Are both platforms feasible for an accounting firm? We have 14 companies that need to declare monthly on Ufiling one of them has 230 employees and I need to add 98 more today.
