Am connected to a wrong rain site(tower)

Hello i need help
Am connected to a wrong tower that is very near 0.17km and is not working I want to connect to a long distance tower like I used to but I can't move to another rainsite since their website were I use change rainsite isn't working anymore am struck to this stupid site that can't provide a good signal
