Hi Guys.
I'm currently with Mweb as my ISP, and have a Vuma fibre line with a 50mbps speed. I've recently upgraded my router and when doing speed tests I get consistently good results (usually never less than 45/50), but I noticed when I download series/movies during the evening, the actual download rate appears to only be as if I have a 10mbps speed line. When I do the speed test, it still shows me a good 45/50 result, however the actual download does not seem to match that speed.
Then, in the morning, the same download seems to go much faster, which seems to match the 50mbps speed I ordered.
Is the above indicative of being throttled/shaped, as I am unsure at this point. The actual package I took stipulated uncapped and unthrottled, however you never know with Mweb and their fair usage policy.
