Am I doing something wrong?

Hi all,


Got my username and password from telkom for my ADSL account.
Line still has to be activated today or already has been seeing as I am at work.Haven't recieved any sms that it has been activated..I tried to login with username and password and can't.

I had to register first apparently and then I can login.Why is this if I already have username and password
or is this for something else or just for account details/purposes?

I used my work e-mail to register but still can't access my "account" cause there isn't one yet.
Will it only be available once line has been activated? Or am I missing something?

Please help a noob out.
