its R650 pm i think, multiply that with 12, = R7800, - 1200 and that equals R6600 per year, that divided by 12 is R550, hence me saying its a saving of R100 per month.
Not sure if I'm right though.

that is R1200 off the total of the contract if you buy a 12 or 24 month contract.

The discount voucher will cost you R100.

I suspect that they would want you to pay upfront for the contract....
