Am I running stock Android?

I'm sorry for what is apparently a stupid question but I bought a phone online yesterday a Galaxy Note 3 and it didnt come with standard Google Apps or Samsung Apps preinstalled. Even after updating the apps Hangouts still has the Google Talk icon and the camera takes forever to focus. Now I am thinking probably I got scammed and was sold a clone (a beautiful and very responsive clone for that matter) or maybe its rooted and running another ROM not the standard ROM. Under phone info it lists the following:
Model number: SM-N9006
Android Version: 4.4.2
Baseband Version: MT6582
Kernel Version: 3.4.5-526212
Build Number: JSS15J.N9006ZCUBMI5

Is this the genuine deal?

Most of those clones cnat put the google services in from a legal standpoint.

The N9006 is a Chinese close of the Note 3, I'm afraid. Sounds like you got scammed.

It isn't. It's a clone.

The Galaxy Note 3 ships with Android 4.3.

If this was bought as new, it could be a scam.

The bastards are getting better at it too, those phones look very close to each other. That's the problem with getting the Chinese to make everything, they know how to make copies. Until you turn it on, lol.
