Am I the only one?

Nope, you're not that only one. Yesterday download speeds were normal, but today:

It feels like I'm capped, but I've still got just under 2GB left.

Tower: Either Brackenhurst or Alberton

now WTH is going on? Does iBurst not monitor the towers performance? they cannot wait for user to complain THEN wake up and check WTF is going on. I cannot wait for my ADSL line to get back up.

I kinda knew this over 1mb/s will not last forever

I wonder if the wind would be able to move the dishes and that would influence our connection speeds.

Evening guys

I will request a check by networks.

Lets see.

Thanks for the reports.

When will the speed issues be resolved?

We are having speed issues and alot of disconnects in Randburg, Linden ext

@ Hein_JHB

Have you escalated this to the contact centre?

If you already have a reference number please mail it onto me and I cann see what the status is.

Thanks

Iburst at my office, slower than Dial Up

Why do you have to pay for "bandwidth" when all you receive is a speed similar to a "capped" connection? Our iBurst connection has been slower than an average ISDN connection for almost three weeks now. You can imagine that it gets quite frustrating if a plain text email times out repeatedly.

If iBurst does not deliver on its connection speeds, why do you have to keep up your end of the bargain and keep paying high rates for an inferior connection speed? Sounds like non-performance to me.

83.4 kbps doesn't look right/normal.

You should average 300 kbps during the day.
