Lol. Your stomach does get used to it. I grew up eating that type of amasi and we never had any problems. The commercial amasi is of course nicer.

Yes, as I said, your stomach will eventually be able to deal with the new bacteria, however with regards to lipid rancidity, there is no escaping it. That is why you need unpasteurised milk, or you're gonna have a bad time...
