Sadly, not with my ADSL account, but with a seperate ISDN dial-up that I use with Storm internet. I'm not trying to promote any one ISP here, but Storm has always offered me the best latency for international gaming. I closed my ISDN dialup with them when I first got ADSL more than a year ago, because ADSL latency was equally good for international pings - back then in the good old days 
. Anyway, I'm posting this to show what's achievable with old-fashioned ISDN (I reconnected my ADSL line about 8 months ago when the ADSL port shaping kicked in). ADSL latency should be <b>even</b> quicker when / if the shaping is dropped.
