Anyone else using it? It's "only available in the US territory" but there is a way to get it working locally. What's nice about it is that you get one paid app for free everyday. Got Plants Vs Zombies yesterday :-)

Only thing I dont like about Amazon apps is the rumor that you can only use the apps while connected

Is this true?

I disconnected from my network and I could still play, unless I'm understanding you wrong?

And if it says the app thats for free on a particular day isn't able to work on your phone, just use the PC browser to get it and you can down it to your new handset when you have a supported one ;)

How do you get Amazon to work locally?

Do you have a link that you followed?

Nevermind, sorted.

Just use US address in shipping address.

I have tried an uk and usa address with no luck :-(

Just keep trying with different US addresses, and go to http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/ to generate fake credit card details because for some weird reason you still need a credit card to download the free paid apps.

Make sure to create a new Amazon account with a superfluous email addy!

Superfluous email addy? And I got to the part with shipping method, what must I choose?
Also is it not a good idea to use a E-mail address that you don't really use but it has your name as part of the address?
