Amazon kills two privacy features on Alexa smart speakers

Sigh. You’re not well. HomePod minis are smart speakers. End of story.
‘smart’ speakers, yup.

I guess you think they’re the best? Along with Apple Maps? And Apple Music? And the iPhone? And Apple TV?

And you can’t really say why - it’s just a feeling?

Nope I don’t have an opinion on them. I have a very old Amazon eco dot. Never used a HomePod mini. So no idea on their capabilities or if they’re “good”.

But they are smart speakers.

Now what, Dolby?

‘Smart’ speakers

?
They are smart speakers. They could bit shitty ones or brilliants ones. But they are smart speakers.

In this context just because some are “smart” does not imply they’re good or bad.

I don’t expect you to be able to comprehend such things.

True

Love the way you guys all say the same things & insult ;) 😂

Is it some kinda defence mechanism or how does it work that you’re all the same? An Apple Camp?

Because you continually prove that your capacity is limited. Ask yourself why you’re banned from some sections of this forum? You’ll find the answer there.

Secondly, you’re proving my other point. The HomePod minis are smart speakers. So your original comment was just as stupid.

Again … three times!

You’re on fire!

I have looked and it’s generally because I tell the truth which some people can’t handle :(

I think the actually thread that got me banned in the Apple session was when I mentioned Apple Music had flaws. People lost it!

Then I think I took it too far by saying Apple Maps had flaws.

Again an insult!

How many Apple products do you own? How long have you been in the cult? Are you passed the point of forming an opinion yet? Some people lost their minds fast

Alright. We are done here.

I didn’t say they are bad?

And I’m sure they’re useful for checking the weather and setting countdowns for cooking.
Apart from using them as Bluetooth speakers that’s what I used my three Google home minis for anyway before I gave them away.

Not doubt some clever fella will claim it's "marketing" & go on a tangent.
Where was the tangent?

Is this of the claims you ‘don’t want to back up again’ and then slink away from a conversation?

The tangent:

You + Apple anything = leads to off the rails.

Then you chime in with your nonsensical "club" mantra like we're an old boys club or something of that nature.

You like harping on the slink part eh?

I've had many a meaty convo/argument here with okes here on varied topics.

I actively chose not with you as your mind is mind up & will not stand to reason, it is nothing personal.

I am certainly not "scared" or lack the brain power to, I assure you.

I just wish you could back something up though.

It’s a bit of an anticlimax when you tell everyone how smart & objective - and accuse people of lying mistruths, lying, insulting, tangents and can’t back up or quote anything.

Btw - do you objectively see your Apple friends posting drivel? Do you add any value to the threads?
