Amazon Kindle Fire 7"

My dad recently returned to the states and left me his kindle fire. He figured since it only cost him $29 he'd leave it for me and the kids.

Although it's sluggish I figure it might be good for something, right? What?

And, any way to make it less sluggish?

Install nova launcher. Delete bloatware. And even then there is still hardware limitations that will keep it sluggish no matter what you do.

Thanks - can't seem to get nova launcher to stick as the default though.
