Amazon Prime Video Bandwidth

Checked various Prime Video settings but cannot find an option to tune down the video to lessen my data usage as I am on a capped ADSL account, unlike Showmas or Netflix where these settings are available.

Someone here with a workaround or have I missed a click or option somewhere.

My mistake was trying to find these settings using a web browser, you need to install the app for the above settings.
Concerned now that the lower data usage may only apply to the phone as we use a smart tv to stream videos via wifi.
