I received an email this morning saying my Amazon Prime Video Subscription has been cancelled. I logged into my account and it was indeed cancelled. I had to re-subsribe, which I did, and was welcomed back to Amazon, just to receive another email 10 seconds later that it has been cancelled again. I removed my card used for payment and added it again, same thing happened. Contacted customer services, and they said there are issues with Amazon in South Africa at the moment with some banks. I'm with FNB. I will have to try again in a few days' time. Anyone else experience this?

No problems this side, I make use of a AMEX card, but If I used the same card on PayPal it gets declined every time.

Had an issue last year where my CC expired and even after updating it to the new one they cancelled my subscription. Haven't renewed again and am using other streaming providers but it seems like they do have a few issues.

Strange, I’ve been getting a welcome email and thank you for payment email almost every day now.

Jip. Also with FNB. Exactly the same problem. Amazon customer support says to contact the bank, as the issue appears to be on their side.

I am also having this issue at the moment. So strange.

I am experiencing exactly the same issue. Also with FNB. Amazon has referred me back to my bank, as they say the issue is not on their side. Not sure I have the fortitude to deal with the FNB call centre >_<

The Man in the High Castle (minus the final episode) and The Expanse are two great series.
Neither ended up great.

The man in the high castle was really really good with each season getting worse. Pretty much same with The Expanse as it ended up all over the place clearly showing they had too many ideas going full retard with where they took it.

I joined Prime to watch Clarkson's farm it didn't ask me for any banking details I thought it would after the free trial period. I saw afterwards it found me credit card from Apple Subscriptions and it will automatically deduct the money. I don't see a way to delete this or unsubscribe which is a little scary.
