its the AM2 5000+ Black Edition. It has a nice unlocked multiplier
as for the 5200+, there is a newer G2 stepping version of the CPU. its not based on 90nm but on the 65nm process and is clocked at 2.7ghz and not 2.6ghz
Ye ur thinkin of the 6400+ killadoob. This is the 5000+, and I didn't do anything other than read a review. Unlocked Multi, 65nm, only needed .1v extra to get to 3.3GHz.
So any board with option to change multi and a tiny extra bit of voltage to the core can get similar results.
It's an excellent value chip for an upgrade on AM2.
It totally could be a rad gaming system if you chucked in a decent card..
