AMD Black screen

Have anyone encountered the issue where the display turns black once a AMD driver is installed.
I can basically only run Microsoft basic display driver on the pc.

Safe mode works. PC works fine running Microsoft basic display driver.

Ive tried using uninstaller utility and updating to the latest version from AMD.

ATI 6790 using HDMI. It also outputs to all my screens.

I have an issue where it goes blank after a while but still hear audio, this is when it requires a reboot, it happens less with the windows update WHQL driver. So it could be driver related. This only happens when watching video though.

Reboot doesn't solve it for me. I have to remove the drivers. It's def the AMD Drivers, but not sure then if it could still be a faulty card.
 
Had a nvidia screen card bsod if drivers installed . Came right when replaced
