From your video, haven't read the anandtech article yet, 4GHz all-core boost seems to be a near given for overclocking and 4.1 quite likely with 4.2 possible with manual overclock, 4.3 and 4.4 possible with a good mobo/cooling.

I got my 2700X this morning. It's very much a refinement on the previous generation but a very welcomed one. The new precision boost works great and out of the box now it can run 6 cores at 4.1Ghz and 4 cores at 4.2Ghz, with a max single core of 4.3Ghz. This makes a very big difference in single core performance.
