Have a bit of a problem, downloaded AA overnight and everything appeared
fine until I tried to install the thing. One of the cab files is corrupt [Sound.cab]
as I do not want to download an 870 MB file once again I was wondering if anyone knows where to download just that file.

Sorry, the installer has all the files zipped up.
Try downloading the file again.

did you use some kind of download manager? if not might i recommend something like reget or flashget or something similar? i think the chances of corruption are less when you use a nice-ish download manager

Maybe find someone who has AA and ask them if they could send sound.cab through msn...

I did use Flashget Download Manager - ah well thanks all, I will schedule another download at the end of the month and try once again
