Alas my P.C is suffering ahem.. a tempreture control deficiency:o . So I need to get a whole new one. Unfortunately there was a guy on this forum who wanted my 3D card but at the last minute he disappeared :( . So anyone want a graphics card? It's in the classified section.

No AA for me then. Until the new graphics cards arrive that is :( :(

Played it on a LAN during January (I and a friend purchased the downloadable German versions and user-patched to English). Great fun. A mission that took 5 minutes to create in the editor took 1 hour to complete in-game. Enemy AI are tougher. Exciting stuff.

Too bad the SP campaign is..rubbish, at least compared to OFP\Resistance.

Frustrating that the gaming press are billing this as OFP2 - it isn't. It's OFP redux. A major engine overhaul, not a completely new game. "Game 2", the actual sequel is apparently coming in 2008. We'll see if BIS meet the deadline. ;)

With my P.C disabled I only managed to play on cold days a bit:o . It looks very promising but there were a lot bugs.The German version had a few problems as well so I'm waiting for the local release which should have improvements.

What:eek: . The SP had such potential :( . I prefer SP to MP. Well at least they are working on a mod to bring the OFP SP to ArmA:cool: .

The more OFP style games the better. Don't care if it is 1.5 or 2.0 just bring it on:)

I contributed to the buglist on the wiki. Honestly, I think the majority of games are buggy - OFP\ArmA's community is just so active, they will nitpick over anything and everything.

SP is still good (better actually, since the AI is improved). It's just that the campaign feels rushed. The potential is still there. Community will eventually come through on this.. I spend most of my time in the mission editor anyway.

I have this game at home, don't have internet and so on, but would like to play this game. Installed it, but nothing happens just pics and explanation of games. when i wanted to play it should you not connected to a lan. what does that mean?

Can i play this game with our being connected to the internet?

You unfortunately need Internet. Even normal 56k works fine as the servers are local. U can play on 3G also... Hope to see u soon ... This game is addictive as hell. Ever checked Black Hawk Down ? This game is that and more... Even beter than the game "Black Hawk Down"
