Amplify Note True Wireless Earphones Pairing

So I ordered these earbuds simply to boost the order price for free delivery. Something like R80 on special.

They arrived and looked simple enough, but I'm now beginning to think they have been personally forged in the pits of hell by Satan himself to torment me.

I've followed the instructions, watched endless tutorials and these effing things refuse the pair to each other.

They were dirt cheap and thought they would be a handy back up but I'm ready to go third act Mythbusters on these things.

Am I certifiably retarded for not figuring them out or have I perhaps got a dud pair? Please help

I apparently need to take them to a physical store. At R80, the petrol and time to do so just isn't worth it
