Amylase Enzyme / Beano

Hi,

Has anyone ever heard of this product, and if so, where can I get it? Funnily, its health use it to prevent gas, I want to use it to break down complex sugars in beer fermentation as its natural and widely used in the USA.

Thanks ponder - I just saw the import/wantitall prices. I happen to know the Amylase Enzyme in the US costs about $2 for 1.5ounces of pure Amylase Enzyme (http://www.midwestsupplies.com/amylase-enzyme.html)
