I found that by pointing the arial away from the sweet spot /good tower and then bringing it back will reconnect the UTD to the good tower. (Even if the disconnection has been seconds minutes or hours )
Of course this is impractical coz leaving it pointing the wronge way gives bad speeds and noone is expected to go every hour (or whenever you are disconnected) to move it back and forward.
Maybe WBS should hire someone who monitors this 24/7 and moves it back and forward when disconnected to reconnect ? just j/k
