Mums,is it Ur Bday on Mothers Day? Bring Ur ID 2 the lower info on Sun 4rm 9am&U could win 1of10 Choc hampers@R500 ea.1st come 1st serve Ts&Cs SmsStoptooptout

Besides the bad grammer (SmsStoptooptout - Sms Stop toop tout or maybe sms Stoptooptout or Stoptoop tout , and what does "Sun 4rm 9am" mean?) , what company sent this?
Do they expect people to know which mall to go to?

I usually get smses saying that I've won R 250 000 or a new ferrrari ...

I just delete them after googling the cellnumber listed in the sms and finding it to be dodgy ...

People are still gullible for such smses especially my mom! I do get angry! I told her go ahead speak to prince.
