ANC denies plot to oust Ramaphosa

South Africa’s ruling African National Congress rejected media reports that a faction within the party was plotting to oust President Cyril Ramaphosa because his economic policies were supplanting its pro-poor stance.

Whether the ANC ousts Ramaphosa or not is totally irrelevant. Ramaphosa, with his current policies and manner in which he is ruling is just extending the process of failing the country, but it will fail eventually, because he does not have a single policy in place to ensure growth. They might as well oust him right now, get a real go-getter in place and let the country fail much faster. At least the poor will then start dying faster deaths due to poverty and hunger.
