No doubt that money will never benefit anyone that really needs it. He says the beneficiaries are "Natural persons" and the money will go to helping the natural persons , such as women (their wives) , the youth (their kids) ,the disables (their disabled cousins) , the aged (their gran parents) . He is definately speaking the truth.
