So the A in ANC seems to stand for Alcoholism. (along with Nepotism and Corruption of course. A perfect trifecta of uselessness :D )

On a serious note:
How the hell are we supposed to trust our police, which we the taxpayers pay for, if they refuse to arrest a common drunk!
Are they also getting just as fat and lazy as all the other government departments?
Here is me thinking about selling everything and buying a boat.
I would rather be robbed by pirates on the open water that shot in the back by my own government, which I pay for, but not elect :(
