ANC warned Zuma about Van Rooyen

The ANC's top five office bearers warned President Jacob Zuma that Des van Rooyen was too much of a "lightweight" to take over the Treasury.

So now the anc leadership admit to simply being rubber stamps and incapable of running the country?

Interesting that Gwede Mantashe has made such a revelation regarding the top ANC advising of their reservations to appoint Van Rooyen. They should have stopped him there and then. No surprise the stock market plummeted. NPA should be investigating the top officials for irrelegular trading.
