Look, many of the current problems are due to the estimated influx of 10 million people from the neighbouring countries - and they wouldn't have done that if they didn't perceive their own countries to be much worse than SA.

Stop with the blaming everything on Apartheid, stop with the Culture of Entitlement, and go and do some work !!!

No you cannot conclude that. The problem was always going to be here, democracy was inevitabe. Apartheid swept the "problem" under the carpet instead of addressing it correctly, leaving the ANC/people of the present with even bigger k@k to deal with. Apartheid can be blamed for a lot, but certainly not everything.

Where is the money going to come from for new toilets? Do you care to donate? Then dont criticize what the DA were able to do, they stretched the budget as is, and even so still provide better services than the ANC in other provinces.

Unless you would care to disagree and tell me that the EC townships have better service provision, or that JZ didnt nearly burst into tears at sweet water.

Do you support the ANCYLs actions?

No one intelligent would blame everything on apartheid. However there is much that can be blamed because of it. Apartheid is to black South African like the Bible is to Science (especially before Enlightenment)

Alien population influx is also a problem. Different from one that can be attributed to Apartheid though so don't forget that already.

Good thing, even with the influx, things are better than they were in 1994.

All right then could you tell me how many blacks under apartheid you think had similar western upbringings that most whites had and continue to have?

Unfortunately this is why I don't see a future for South Africa. The ruling party itself is engaged in actively destroying public assets. It's disgusting. How can the ANC say they are fighting crime when they themselves are encouraging this sort of blatant crime

I don't believe that things are better than 1994, there are probably more squatter camps, etc. But I don't specifically blame the ANC for that, the influx has a lot to do with that.

The ANC could however have done a lot more to control the influx, though, for example by bringing Mugabe under control - this they could have done in less than 30 days, exactly like the Nat government pulled the rug out from under Smith. So they must bear responsibility for at least 3 million Zimbabweans, and a lot of others besides.

I don't know. But even after the DA agreed to enclose them, they still skimped. Previously the budget never allowed enclosures, now the budget made provision for +-50 enclosures. They obviously pulled it from somewhere.

What I do know though is that the Makaza residents are surroudned by a world class wealthy city - no doubt where they think the money would come from.

Where does western upbringing come into the picture ? Why is that a good thing ? Are the Japanese, Chinese, Koreans deprived ?

I'm just talking about using your opportunities, limited as they may be.

Why are you trying to demand that blacks should have a western upbringing? Whites, in general, have roots in western culture. It seems that you are saying that Europe is somehow responsible for Africans coming from Africa, and the sub text is that being an African is somehow inferior?

Perhaps what you are really trying to say is that the western culture is the greatest thing ever imaginable and that the horrid apartheid regime prevented the noble black people from being part of that joyous rapture?
