Restarted my router as well... absolutely dead.

Good thing I'm load balancing between Rain and MTN, but still... I usually have Rain (do about 120gb per month on it) to help me not run out of my 150gb MTN data before the end of the month.

Fibre cannot come soon enough!

Also have 0 throughput from this morning.
And just like clockwork my internet goes offline every night and only comes online at around 7am.
I get "no service" message on my router even when I restart.
The rain support technician who eventually responded after I complained in April, gave me the same copy paste response blaming the lockdown and congestion on the service going offline every night.
Makes no sense since it comes back, between 7am and 6pm, just very slow which I know is congestion.
 
Wow! Was just telling my sister to cancel her MTN data sim and take over my RAIN sim. Looks like she better stay on MTN, only seem to read complaints about RAIN.

Let her try it for a month to see for herself before making a decision.
She could be one of the very few lucky ones.
Keep the MTN as a backup for the month if she is dependent on a solid connection.
